Office Manager (m/f/d)

You are a true team player, outgoing and communicative. You like working with people, enjoy organising and love it when no two days are the same. As our office manager you are the linchpin in the studio. You are the first point of contact and interface between management and the team. You make sure things run smoothly, anticipating and solving problems even before they even arise. We are looking for someone to immersive themselves in our existing workflows, while developing and implementing their own ideas. As a person, you are not only extremely reliable and diligent, but equipped with flexibility and multitasking capabilities.

It is essential to us that you speak and write both English and German at a professional level. Also, it would a plus if you’re in to the digital stuff we create.

You're a great fit if

  • You have a commercial apprenticeship or a university degree with 2-3 years of work experience.

Your responsibilities

  • Supporting project coordination, including scheduling, travel and weekly planning.
  • Maintaining internal systems, e.g., hardware, software inventory and office orders.
  • Coordinating customer enquiries including national and international correspondence.
  • Holiday planning and capacity management, for internal and external resources such as freelancers.
  • Organizing and planning of team-events and happenings.
  • Supporting accounting and document management.

Senior Art Director - Motion and 3D (m/f/d)

Frankfurt - Fulltime.

We are looking for a designer at heart to take a leading role in our team of experienced artists and developers and to actively take part in shaping the visual style of our studio.

Ideally you have at least 5 years of experience in the field of 3D and motion design, and the ambition to carry this experience forward into realtime formats such as AR/VR, stage performances and virtual production.

It will be yours to define the look and aesthetic language of our projects by means of 3D and motion design, and to make sure that a strong visual identity is created over the course of the production.

You should have a strong ability to approach creative challenges from conceptual, technical and aesthetic points of view and to think across media from spatial installations over film to interactive experiences as well as a talent for communication and organisation.

Joining us, you will become part of a young and international team of creatives and technologists. Flat hierarchies, home-cooked meals and our studio on the 17th floor with a spectacular view across the skyline make this one of the best positions available in Frankfurt :)

  • Bachelor of Arts or Sciences in Interaction Design, Game Design or at least 5 years work experience
  • Profound knowledge of virtual production workflows and IT infrastructure
  • Profound knowledge of Unreal Engine 4
  • Keen eye on design and detail
  • Strong sense for composition, color and light
  • Strong understanding of asset creation workflows for game engines and realtime rendering
  • Experience with creating Realtime VFX (Niagara or similar) in Unreal
  • Able to produce and integrate assets such as particle systems, shaders and other VFX
  • Experience with version control systems like git, perforce or plastic
